1. How are MCA's plans different from other roadside assistance services?

Although we provide incredible roadside assistance benefits, our life insurance benefits in all of our plans are superb and affordable – there’s simply nothing that gives you more security than knowing you have emergency coverage in a variety of situations– from vehicle breakdowns to emergency medical care. MCA also offers UNLIMITED yearly roadside and tow benefits (unlike other roadside companies) as well as the opportunity for members to earn income through TVC Marketing.

2. Does Motor Club of America lock me into a contract?

 

No. MCA members may cancel their membership at anytime with no cancellation fee. And --if you cancel within the first 72 hours-- you will get a full refund. This is truly a no risk membership.

3. Does a plan cover multiple cars, motorcycles, or horse trailers?

Yes, as long as the card holder is present. We dispatch the best professional roadside service available to ensure quick service, and give you peace of mind. Yes, we’ll cover any of your vehicles including your cars, RV, motorcycle, boat, livestock trailer, even your Dually Pickup. Yes, we have a plan that covers trailers and horse trailers.

4. How do I get roadside assistance?

Simply call our toll-free roadside assistance number and describe your situation, including the vehicle’s problem, so we can send appropriate help to assist you. Call 1 800.227.6459 thats located behind your card.

5. When do you get paid?

Associates are paid every Friday via direct deposit

6.Do you pay taxes on the money you make?

Yes, taxes have to be paid on the money you earn. You will receive a 1099-MISC from TVC Matrix Associates before January 31st the following year. Speak with your tax professional about how to file your tax return.

7. Do I get a commision on the people I bring in when they make a sale?

Yes, you will receive an override commission from $1.32 to $6.00 on qualified sales.

8. What is the difference between an earned commission and an advanced comission?

An as earned commission is a commission paid month to month as long as the member has their membership. If a member signs up for the Total Security plan, the as earned commission is $9.24. You will be paid $9.24 each month as long as they are a member.

 

An advanced commission is a paid "in advance" of when the commission is actually earned. If a member signs up for the Total Security plan, the 12 month advanced commission is $80.

9. What are the approved payment methods?

Advance commissions are paid on American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and bank drafts from an established personal checking account. (No prepaid cards)

10. Can I use a prepaid debit card?

Prepaid  cards are not encouraged. NO prepaid credit cards, gift cards, one-time pay cards, online banking accounts and offshore accounts.
